• Monitoring Eligibility

  The Eligibility tab shows Unregistered players and Ineligible players. Eligibility issues may be from data collection, payment eligibility, or other manually entered eligibility issues. Example Eligibility Status Change

• Monitoring Email Issues

  The Emails tab highlights email issues that need to be investigated. In addition to regular users, users with club roles, coaches and managers are highlighted separately. The regular user controls are available here. In addition, a graph highlights the daily email usage.
