When trying to change an email, the following message is provided if the email is already taken.

When trying to change an email, the following message is sent to the user’s new email.
User Profile Email Change: Click on Confirm New Email when Not Logged In
User Profile Email Change: Click on Confirm New Email if logged in
User will receive a message indicating the user is already logged in.
