Activating a Data Collector

Standard Data Collector Activation

Click on Go live to activate the data collector.

Note, once the data collector has been activated, these options can not be modified. To modify these options, make a copy of the data collector and activate it.

Event Data Collector Activation

Event Data Collectors that go live will trigger for events that already match the date range and “Activation” time. This will send an email to the player contacts and provide a Marquee item at the top of the home screen in the mobile app. The Marquee will trigger for eligibility gating data collector items. Note, an event data collector will not trigger for a player who is added after the event collector has already triggered.
