Overview

Byga DOC Dashboard consolidates all of the club’s team’s competitions

• League standing
• League competition results
• Upcoming tournament schedules
• Recent tournament results
• Team practice overview
• Can see all or filter by specific Team Group

League Standings and Schedule

The Standings tab includes standings grouped by league.

Clicking on a team will show the full team bracket and standings. Click on the calendar icon to see the full club schedule for that league.

Upcoming and Recent Tournaments

The tournament tab includes Upcoming Tournaments on the left and Past Tournaments on the right.

Click on the calendar icon to go to the full club schedule for that tournament.

Matches

The Matches tab shows a weekly schedule for upcoming games or score results for past weeks. The weekly games can be sorted by:

• By team, by coach, by home field, and by match day
  • League/Tournament
  • For home field filter, if the field reservation system is used and a tournament is enabled for scheduling, the games for the tournament can be included.
• All or specific Team Group
• Recent game results at a glance
• Color coded game results (green for win, pink for loss, gray for draw, white for pending or no score). Extra score (e.g., penalties) when provided.

Various actions available for each match:

• Set final scores: scores can be set manually (e.g., for a scrimmage)
• Link to game details: to view or edit the full event details
• Change time zone: occasionally some events in a league have a different time zone, the per event time zone can be modified

Find Conflicts

In the Games tab, click on the “Find Conflicts” link to get to this screen. This provides a summary of various potential conflicts for each week.

Click on one of the conflict types to review the potential conflicts.

Find Coverage

Click on one of the Find Coverage to find coaches that are free to cover.  Byga intelligently finds and ranks coaches using various criteria to find available coaches that may be best to cover the specific game.

• This same coverage finder is available within each event even when no conflict is identified by Byga. Click on the event’s menu to find coverage.
• Select from the list of coaches available to message and confirm coverage.
• Modify search parameters for coverage (additional team group coaches, travel time padding)

Practices

The Practices tab shows a per week summary view of practices within the club. Detailed information is provided regarding cancellations, custom practice events, and a breakdown of practices:

• per team
• per coach
• per field

Permissions

View DOC Dashboard permission is found in the Club section of permissions.
