Coach Evaluation Survey Results

The Coach Evaluation provides a summary of responses by coach, by team, and provides access to the individual responses. The responses can be exported to a .csv file for further analysis.

Coach Evaluation Surveys: Coaches tab

The Coach tab provides a summary of responses for each coach organized by each of their teams.In the coach evaluation setup, a rating system can be set up to provide a scoring system in order to see outlier scores in the various coaches. The percent of players with a player contact response can also be seen.

The Teams tab provides a similar summary of responses organized by each team.

The Responses tab provides access to the individual responses.

Coach Evaluation Surveys: Per Team Responses

When clicking on the responses for a particular team from the Coaches or Teams tabs, a per team detail is available, including responses for multiple coaches on the same team.

When viewing a team’s responses, a summary of the per question is available by clicking on the “Per question response summary” icon.

Player Evaluations Surveys

Click on a Player Evaluation from the survey evaluation list to get to the Player Evaluation summary.

Player Evaluation: Roster View

Teams with active player evaluations will have an evaluations tab. This will enable coaches to access their in progress / completed evaluations or create new ones.

Click on a completed / in progress / or new evaluation.

Player Evaluation: Player Profile View

Player evaluations are organized in the Player’s Profile under the Evaluations tab. Both completed and Draft Player evaluations will be located in the Evaluation tab. Draft evaluations found here will be accessible by the coach evaluator.

Player Self-Assessment Evaluations Surveys

Click on a Self-Assessment Player Evaluation from the survey evaluation to get to the Player Self-Assessment Evaluation summary.

Player self-assessment evaluations are organized in the Player’s Profile under the Evaluations tab.

Permissions

Administrative access to evaluations and surveys is based on the permissions settings in the Roles and Permissions section of the General Settings.

In addition, the following scoped role permissions are expected:

• View Team Evaluation, Scope: Team
• Create Player Evaluations, Scope: Team
• View Player Evaluation, Scope: Player

Custom Form Based Workflows

Note, Clubs will often combine survey / evaluation questions with a Byga Custom Form based workflow (Custom Form, Tryout Inquiry, Data Collector, or Program Registration).
