Permissions
Club Wide Permissions
Various permissions are available specific to managing the Team Directory and Team Data. These permissions are for administrators that need access to all teams.
Note additional team related permissions are found in the Club, Roster, Evaluation, Messaging and Misc tabs.
Team Scoped Permissions
A more limited set of these permissions are available to limit the permissions for team staff and families to just their own teams.
Team Grouping Permissions
Each Team Grouping has a set of permissions that can be customized. The default team roles and/or custom team roles can be provided each of the available team permissions.
The following are the set of permissions that can be assigned to team roles in order to customize team group permissions.
Club:

- Update team training info
- Update team basic info
- View team reg status
- Update team availability
- View team availability
- Manage game schedules
Roster:
- Export rosters
- View team roster
- Manage team roster
- Manage guest players
Evaluation:
- View team evaluations
- Create player evaluation
- Create coach evaluation
Messaging:
- Message team staff
- Message team contacts
Misc:
- Create custom team event
- Update custom team event
- Update system practice event
- Update system game event
- Manage event collector results
