Adding Library Items
The following Library Items can be added to a Collection:
- Vimeo Video: follow instructions to only allow users that can access this Collection access to the Vimeo videos
- YouTube Video
- Byga Form: select from existing Byga Custom Forms
- External Link
- Upload File/Image
Managing Club Library Sort Order
The default sort order starts by date added. The sort order can be selected as Date or Title Name. Alternatively the Collection owner can change the sort order of the default by dragging items to the desired position.
Permissions
The Manage Libraries permission in the club permissions section is provided to users who can create new Library Collections.
