Custom Fields
Custom Fields are club-defined player fields that will appear in every player profile. Similarly, Player Documents can be defined. When data collectors are enabled, custom forms requests can map to these custom fields and player documents.
Text Type Custom Field
Text custom fields can be added.
Document Type Custom Field
Upload document custom fields can be added.
Fillable PDF Document Custom Field
Fillable PDF document custom fields can be added. Byga will set up widely required documents to be filled online and stored in a PDF document format in the player profile. For example, the US Club Soccer R002 form is available for soccer clubs.
Lacrosse Sport Specific Membership ID
A Lacrosse Membership Verification can be added as a Player Custom Field in lacrosse clubs. The following differences are available as compared to other Custom player fields.
- Auto verification is supported based on the USA Lacrosse API
- Expiration on membership expiration date returned by the USA Lacrosse API
Fillable US Club Soccer R002 PDF Documents
The US Club Soccer R002 form is available for soccer clubs.
Custom Field Options
The following options are available for each Custom text fields or custom document.
- Enabled / Disabled
- Name
- Description
- Verification Required
- Expiration (expires in set number of days vs specific date)
