Embedded Communication Overview

A separate document covers the standard communication tools available to users and provides an overview into Byga Messaging (email based) and Byga System Email notifications utilized within the workflows. Program Registration

• The Pools tab provides the option to email the submissions for that pool.

• The Players tab provides the option to send a system configured email with a link to the invoice.

• Many of the workflows have a notifications tab to receive a daily summary email of submissions or a real-time email upon each submission.

Team Invite (i.e., Competitive) Registration

• The Summary tab provides an option to message all registered or all unregistered player contacts.

• In the Messaging tab, registration invite messages can be customized. Reminder frequency (in days) for these invite messages can be set.

• Unregistered players can be re-invited which will resend the registration invite.
