Tryout Communications

A separate document covers the standard communication tools available to users and provides an overview into Byga Messaging (email based) and Byga System Email notifications utilized within the workflows. Tryouts

• The Summary tab composes a message with the appropriate recipient groups.
• Automated messages for Accepted, Rejected and Waitlisted players are accessible from the Summary tab.

• The Pools tab provides access to message each pool.

• The Players tab provides the option to email the contact for each submission.
