Coaches have the ability to create and publish Game Day Rosters
Within the game details screen, pull up to see the Game Day tools: Attendance, Game Roster, and Find Coverage.
Click the edit icon to edit the Event, the Attendance, or the Game Roster. Click on players to add to the Game Roster. Select the option to make the Game Roster visible to the team. When saving, coaches have the option to notify the team with the updated game roster.
Mobile: Viewing a Shared Game Day Roster
If visible to the team, the game day roster can be viewed by the player contacts on the mobile app. Open the Attendance and slide to the Game Roster. The message option will message the players on the game roster in addition to the Team Staff.
Web: Setting a Game Day Roster
- Click on the Roster tab in the Game Details screen.
- Click on Set Game Roster to get started.
- Click on players to move them to the game day roster
- If wanting to share the game day roster with the team, click on the Visible to team toggle and click on Save. Save is required for changes to the roster, the visibility, or announcement to team options.
- The Notify button provides various options to share the roster
- Announce to team (send now) will send a Byga message with a mobile notification that includes the Game Roster to the full team
- Announce to team (review message) will open a Byga message with a mobile notification that includes the Game Roster to the full team with an ability to edit the message text
- Message game roster will open a Byga message with the team staff and the rostered players as recipients. Non-rostered players will not be in the recipient list.

If visible to the team, the game day roster can be viewed by the player contacts.
