When games are scheduled there can sometimes be overlap or when emergencies arise and you need to find coverage for an upcoming game. Byga has the tools to help resolve these issues.

Conflict Coverage Finder

Use the Find coverage tool to find other coaches that are available to cover your game.

Mobile: Available Coaches and Search Settings

In the event details, an additional option is the Find Coverage tool. With this tool, the following capabilities are available:

1. Find coaches that have no conflict for this particular event.
2. Select from the list of available coaches and message a request for coverage.
3. Adjust the search parameters to expand or constrain the list of coaches that are included.

A prioritized list of coaches will be displayed that do not have other scheduled events. Coaches that coach similar age and gender teams or that coach many teams are prioritized.

The availability criteria can be loosened or tightened (e.g., if the event requires a 90 minute drive).

A subset of coaches can be selected and messaged directly.
