As with other club registration or data collectors, participants will see pending TeamCFO budget / expense trackers on their dashboard.

Participant Visibility

The visibility setting that was set for the tracker will determine the level of detail that the participant sees.

Participant Visibility: Private

Participants only view their own payment info and status.

Participant Visibility: Paid

Participants view their own payment info and status as well as the paid status of participants without details of other participants.

Participant Visibility: Public

Participants view their own payment info and status as well as that of all participants.

TeamCFO Payments

The PAY button will appear for the user if the Tracker is set up for payments.

A full payment or partial payment can be made. If a minimum payment is required, it will be noted here.

Note: if a minimum payment is specified, a payment will not be allowed if the remaining balance falls below the minimum payment. In this case, the remaining balance will be due.

An invoice gets generated for the full or partial payment amount

Byga Support Activation

Please talk to your account manager to enable TeamCFO and discuss your Club’s approval mode preference: either Club Admin or Team Admin approval.

Club Wide Permissions

A club admin will need to set up the payment accounts and will typically have access to the individual TeamCFO accounts.

Team Scoped Permissions

Certain users will have access to create budget items and to request team payments.

Also, please note that we are still working out the commercial / pricing from suppliers so the pricing may depend a bit on the functionality
