Notes and Player Controls
- Notes: Annotations can be added so anyone collaborating (registrar, treasurer, other bookkeeper) can all have the same information
- Send notice: resends a link to the invoice to the user.
- Profile: brings up the Player Profile
- Payments: provides a list of payments associated with this player for this and any other invoice
Invoices - Notes
The Notes action can be used to add a note to the invoice. For example, if an invoice is suspended, the note could provide an update on information from the family. Many invoice actions are automatically annotated (provides timestamp and user account taking action).
Invoices - Send Notice
When invoked, the Send Notice action will resend a link of the invoice to the user. This might be used to have a user pay an invoice with a pending payment.
