Player Controls

From a Team Roster, players can be added and the following player controls include the following:

• Edit: used to edit the player details / profile
• Notes: option to add a player note
• Move to another team: as described
• Remove player from the roster: as described

For guests on the roster, the following controls are available:

A guest can be associated with a team for games and/or practices or neither.

Player Roster Export

When selecting Export Roster, various export formats may be available. One option is a format compatible with the US Club registration system.

US Club Export Format

Here are the columns used in this US Club export format:

Competitive Level is set to "Competitive" which is the typical value needed by US Club for competitive teams.

When including the Team information (the last 3 columns), Team Age refers to the UXY format. The age is calculated based on the season being exported.  Team Age can be changed in case the team is playing up (in the team setting).

Photo Link Export

Please refer to training materials and any updates provided by US Club Soccer and their vendor.

Note, unlike the previous US Club Soccer platform transition, the player photos have not been transitioned from the old system to the new system.  A user with team roster export capability can create an export with a link to player photos which might facilitate the access of existing photos for use in the US Club Soccer player pass.

Proof of Birth Link Export

If the proof of birth document is collected on Byga, a roster export with a link to the Proof of Birth document of each player can be included in a roster export.
