Manage Rosters: Graphical Roster Workspace Management
This view is a special view only available if a Program has been designated as having one team per player (as selected in the Program Settings).
Roster Workspace Defined
In this view, you can manage multiple Roster Workspaces.
Each named Roster Workspace includes the following:
- One or All Player Pools selected (Players are shown in the Unassigned Group).
- A set of teams added to the Roster Workspace.
- A submission form filter (e.g., All, Paid, Not Paid, Placed, Not placed, Paid but not placed), Note “Placed on multiple teams” is empty for Programs supporting Roster Management.
- A set of displayed form fields.
Caution: When in any Roster Workspace, any changes made to the Player Pool, the Teams, or the submission form filters, are automatically saved. To create a different Roster Workspace, use the Copy or New options.
Note two Roster Workspaces can overlap in teams or can use the same player pool. This provides flexibility to focus on different form data when rostering teams.
