User Account Information
Use the User page to view and manage individual users.
User Schedule Tab
The User Schedule tab combines all of the club, group, game, practice, team events for all their associated groups and teams.
The following calendar controls are available :
- View by month, week, day, or weekly list
- The user calendar can be subscribed or exported (for subscription in other calendar programs)
On the left panel, the following controls are available
- Manage user photo
- Club access (Default club access, Limited team access, Provisional with limited access)
- Link to user’s teams and players
- Remove the player contact relationship from each of the players
- User access activity information (created date, new in 3Q2021 separate mobile and web app last login)
User Profile Tab
The User Profile tab is used to update the User’s contact information.
- Name
- Phone
- Mobile operator (used for notifications if supported by the club and user preferences)
- Address
Note, updating the email address will require the user to verify the email change. The updated email address will only take effect when verified.
User Groups/Roles Tab
The User Groups/Roles tab is used to add Club defined groups and roles to users.
User Preferences Tab
The User Preferences tab enables the User some level of control over their club, group and team notifications.
New in 2Q2021: Team practice reminders can now be enabled by users. By default these reminders are off as most users have practices the same day and time each week.
User Payments Tab
The User Payments tab enables the User to find the payments and corresponding invoices for all of the programs where they have been the payee. Note, a different player contact that initiated payments for a particular program will not have those associated payments in this tab.
User Communications Log Tab
The User Communications Log tab provides a list of communications sent to the User with Date, From, Reply-To and Subject. The message content is not included. The club admin can refer to communication log to verify users are sent expected communication. Note, user preferences can be set to block certain communication.

User Roles and Permissions
Refer to corresponding documentation for user, teamstaff and admin roles and permissions.
Player Contact Settings
Additional control is available to parents / guardians to limit the message types that go to Limited Access Contacts. Refer to the player management documentation for settings related to Player Contact Roles, including Full Player Contacts typically needed by parents / guardians and Fan Role which is a Limited Access Contacts sometimes used for nanny’s, siblings, friends.
