Home Field Request
The Field request tab is used to view the field requests for a specific team. The search box auto completes the team search.
If Teamstaff are given permission to reserve fields, they will have this view for their teams in order to request their games.
When a game is requested, the following options are available. Select the field, the number of referees, and an optional note.
Home Field Reservation: Field Usage
The Field usage tab provides an overall view of the home field reservation slots that are available, assigned, unavailable, and hidden.
Home Field Reservation: Assignments
The Assignments tab shows each of the field requests.
Field assignment requests have various states until ready to secure referees.
Field assignment requests can iterate when changes are required.
The assignments tab enables assignments to be exported for use by referee systems.
Games are color coded.
- Green for locked
- Red for cancelled
Note, instead of red shading, Cancelled or Rejected request now only have the word Cancelled or Rejected shown in red as below:
Home Field Reservation: Assignment Errors
Identified error cases are marked with a red indicator and a (!) with a popup containing suggested instructions. Example error cases could include Locked requests that don't match league schedule, or Games deleted from the league site with an active request.
