Setting up Scrimmages

Adding a scrimmage to game scheduling is performed through the following steps:

1. Create a custom game/scrimmage event in the team calendar (make sure it is a home game). This step can be performed by either the team staff or the club scheduler.
2. The team staff will email the club scheduler with the game details.
3. The club game scheduler will then click on the event in the team calendar. They will notice an "Enable Scheduling" button.”
4. When the club game scheduler clicks on the "Enable Scheduling" button this event will be added to the team’s scrimmages competition.

1. The club game scheduler will review the Leagues tab in the Game Scheduling and confirm that the team is open for scheduling in the Scrimmages League.  See image.
2. The game is now available for the team staff (or scheduler) to select a field within the game scheduling system as they would with any league game.

Removing Schedule Scrimmages

With the right permission, a user can discard scrimmages that were enabled for home field reservation as long as there is no active field reservation. The appropriate event change notification will be triggered.
