Teamstaff will have the following tabs:

• Field Requests: just their teams
• Assignments: just for their teams
• Games: typically see all games

Permissions

Club wide permissions available are:

• Manage Game Schedules: enables field schedulers to manage all home field requests and manage the workflow
• View Game Schedules: enables users to view all home field requests

Scoped team permissions available are:

• Manage Game Schedules: this allows the user to manage their own team’s home field requests

Settings

The following settings are possible:

• Each game schedule workflow will provide the Status (Pending, Live, Closed).
• Auto approval option
• Fields to be used in this workflow

Instructions

The instructions will be provided in an introductory tab for the teamstaff.

Notifications

Notifications to Byga groups can be set up regarding changes to games field requests. As noted for each type of notification and the request owner is also notified.

• League open/close notifications (selected groups and teamstaff)
• Lock notifications, Unlock notifications (selected groups)
• Approve notifications (selected groups)
• Confirm (selected groups)
• Cancel/reject notifications (selected groups)
