Player Date of Birth Document

There are various states for the Date of Birth document.  If utilizing a Data Collector to gather proof of age documentation, the collector will be no longer make the request when the system recognizes an uploaded document or that date of birth has been verified by club administrators.  To provide additional security, specific permission settings determine the ability to view, update documents, and verify date of birth information.

• Initial Blank State
• Verified but not uploaded (e.g., players with DOB verification previously done elsewhere)

• Uploaded and On file and Verified

• Uploaded and On file but with verification reset
