One or multiple teams can be selected for the following actions:
- Email selected: preselects player contacts and team staff in a Byga message
- Invite selected: Byga Support only option to invite all users that have not set up a Byga account.
- Show players: could be used to select all the players in an age group to see the jersey numbers used in the age group.
- Export teams: exports information on each team
- Export rosters: exports all the players in a team
- Export schedules: exports the team’s schedule of events
- Hide / Unhide teams
Email selected
Email Specific Teams
When selecting the Email selected” action, Byga messaging is launched with preselected player contacts and team staff.
Email Team Groups
With the introduction of Team Groupings and Team Groups/Roles, users with permission to message users club-wide can message all team admins or player contacts in one or more of the Team Groups.
Invite selected
Byga Support only option to invite all users that have not set up a Byga account.
Show players
Show players could be used to select all the players in an age group to see the jersey numbers used in the age group.
Export teams
Exporting teams will export information on each team to a .csv file.
Export rosters
Export rosters will export all the players in a team. These exports may utilize pre-built export formats if configured for the club.
Export schedules:
Export schedules will export the selected team’s schedule of events
Hide / Unhide Teams
Select teams to hide or unhide. Players on hidden teams are not visible to player contacts on their app but staff with permission to see hidden teams can manage these teams.
